Disaster Risk Reduction and Climate Change Adaptation

With a changing climate and a general increase in natural hazard events, especially in small island developing states (SIDS), work in DRR and CCA is integral in building disaster and climate resilience. Our team has a wealth of expertise and experience in these fields and, as such, can provide a broad range of services - from stakeholder mapping and consultation to policy development and research.

Project Management

We offer various project management services that pertain to all phases of projects, including: proposal writing; data collection; reporting; implementation; monitoring and evaluation, etc.

Spatial Planning

We also develop spatial plans for various spatial scales. Our work includes: marine spatial planning; integrated coastal zone management (ridge-to-reef); etc.

We conduct research and engage with stakeholders on a myriad of issues related to DRR, climate change, development and natural resource management.

Environmental Impact Assessments

In accordance with the existing development regulations of the jurisdiction, we perform thorough evaluations of the potential impact of new development throughout its life cycle, and current and future impacts of existing development where required.
